Terms & Liability Waiver

By participating in any event, ride, trip, or service offered by Two Jackasses Moto Adventures LLC ("Two Jackasses," "we," "us," or "our"), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms & Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, do not register for or participate in our events.

Two Jackasses Moto Adventures LLC is a Virginia limited liability company that organizes adventure motorcycle camp & ride weekends and provides custom trip planning services for riders.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must hold a valid motorcycle endorsement / license for the jurisdictions ridden.
• You must carry valid motorcycle insurance and current registration.
• Your motorcycle must be in safe, road-legal mechanical condition.

Motorcycling — and especially adventure, off-road, and dual-sport riding — is inherently dangerous. Risks include but are not limited to: serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and death; collisions with vehicles, terrain, wildlife, or other riders; mechanical failure; adverse weather; unpredictable road and trail conditions; and the actions or inaction of other participants, third parties, or yourself.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for any injury, death, loss, or property damage arising from your participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Two Jackasses Moto Adventures LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, ride leaders, sponsors, partner landowners, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or causes of action of any kind arising from or relating to your participation, including those caused by the ordinary negligence of any Released Party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim brought by you or on your behalf (including by family, heirs, or estate) and from any claim brought by a third party arising out of your conduct during participation.

• Wear a DOT-approved helmet at all times while riding.
• Wear appropriate protective gear (jacket, gloves, boots, eye protection).
• Ride within your skill level and never beyond it.
• Follow the ride leader's route, pace, and group riding protocols.
• No alcohol, cannabis, or impairing substances before or during riding.
• Inspect your motorcycle before each day's ride.
• Respect public and private land, trails, and other trail users.

We may modify routes, postpone, or cancel an event due to weather, road closures, safety, or low enrollment. Refund eligibility and amounts are communicated at the time of registration and on the specific event page.

You grant Two Jackasses Moto Adventures LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use photos, video, and audio captured at our events for promotional purposes on our website and social channels. Email us if you wish to opt out.

Participants will be required to sign a separate, event-specific Release and Waiver of Liability at check-in. Refusal to sign means you cannot ride.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
