4. Acknowledgements

I understand Two Jackasses Moto Adventures provides route, lodging, and logistics planning as advice only. We do not lead, guide, or ride the route with you. Conditions on the ground can differ from what we plan (weather, closures, washouts), and I am responsible for adjusting on the fly. Deliverables (GPX, itinerary, recommendations) are for my personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

I acknowledge that adventure motorcycling involves inherent risk of injury, death, and property damage. I assume all such risk for myself and anyone riding the planned route at my invitation. I release Two Jackasses Moto Adventures, its owners, and its agents from liability for any loss arising from my use of the planning deliverables or attempting the planned route. I confirm I (and anyone in my group) carry a valid motorcycle license and applicable insurance.
